Digital River Sign on

I registered as a vendor and been approved but I never recieved information about my account for digital river in order to see my sale reports. How can I get this?

You don't log into Digital River.  You see the reports in the Vendor Portal: https://appworld.blackberry.com/isvportal/manageaccounts/home.seam

I think you might be talking about the digital River ePen reports. You should have received your login information from Digital River when you signed up for your BlackBerry vendor account. You can access the reports on the DR site here:


The username will be RIM_prod-<your vendor id> Check your email history for the password etc
