The App Store generates a PO number for a purchase that is included in the request for a dynamic license key. However, the receipt the customer gets does not include it. The receipt contains the customer's telephone number, which is not included in the request.
Neither PO nor telephone nor PIN is included in the download report.
Is there anyway to make that download report more useful for support tasks like re-issuing keys, associating customers and model numbers, etc?
Also if a customers e-mails for support they most often do not use the e-mail account associated with their PayPal account. It is difficult to determine if we are working with a legitimate purchase. I cannot ask for a PO number (the customer doesn't have it) and their telephone number doesn't do me any good.
Anybody else have a support process worked out?

Hmm....Well, you get license key in the download report, so I suppose if your key generator logged that as well as PIN you could hook it up? The only other I can think of is date and time...
