Error downloading our app upgrade via App World

We uploaded a new version (free upgrade) of our application to App World, and it was approved and release about 15 days again. So we assume enough time has passed for cache updates to happen.

 

 We have gotten several reports from our customers that App World is showing there is a new version of our app but when they click the upgrade button to download it, they get a message that the "upgrade is not in the app store". We have not been able to see the issue for ourselves.

 

Any suggestion on what could cause this? Or how to help our customers resolve this issue?

My customers are experiencing the same issue in the last few weeks

 

Is Blackberry planning on fixing it soon ?

or did someone find a workaround for this issue ?
