Help desk / Support Management Software for Appworld Support System (Email based)

What program do you recommend?

Incoming email's as issue and threaded views, IMAP support to be great, kb support  its fine

Kana makes a nice enterprise solution but it is sort of expensive http://www.kana.com/index.php/email-response.html I've worked with companies that have used this before and I found it to be a best-in-class solution for large customer service operations. Its a little pricey for me, but the quality is outstanding.

 

You could make your own very easly and save yourself the money.

We using  zendesk now , i think best choise for all helpdesk softwares. It's have a blackberry client.

A free help desk software we used, which has the features in Back-end, front-end and email synchronization and Ticket assignment logic Customer self-service system: Have the helpdesk system which is to be the last insurance to help your customers to combat the problems. However, no one wants to wait for your reply if there is any chance to get the answer. So at higher priority, the customers should search their answers from the knowledgebase and articles you have prepared already. This must be designed intelligently and functionally.
