I have been waiting nearly 4 weeks for my app to be updated - this contains bug fixes as well as new features.
I am getting a lot of emails from frustrated customers and it's difficult to keep telling them to hold out for the update.
Is there anyone I can contact to hurry this along please?

Same here !!! I have an urgent update to my app because the payment service implementation was not working as it should. I have a lot of angry customers now waiting for the update and writing a lot of bad reviews on my app in the meantime. Why does it take weeks to approve a simple app update???? Please speed up that process ASAP!
