There are some draft releases that were not submitted for approval and later versions obviate the the need to keep them around. I cant find a delete button anywhere - I can only update an uploaded release.
Where is the missing button ?

Hi QuiteSimple thanks for your respons.
I see now. It is really odd i think, we cannot delete our release in the storefront. So i guess i have to let the unwanted release draft never submitted.

Apparently this issue has a more serious side effect.
I have uploaded a relaease with version 13.
Now i need to use another versioning system and the most recent versiopn become 12.0.3.
The system shows me version 13.0 when i try to download it from the store.
How do I go about to fix this?

Yeah, that's what I found too. Pretty dumb restriction IMHO. I can see it with approved apps, but drafts that have never been submitted should be removable if you decide not to submit them.
I have a couple of releases I used to make sure I had the submission process correct before asking for approval. Wish I could get rid of them now.

You can always contact vendor support here: Please contact vendor support here: https://www.blackberry.com/profile/?eventId=8109
We may be able to renumber your releaess for you.

While I suppose BlackBerry has their reasons for not allowing devs to delete things, the least that could be done would be to allow devs to create folders to hold things like unused drafts, obsolete apps that have are no longer supported, etc.
Because the current restrictions lead to big-time clutter.

There are workarounds for this clutter. For example, you can rename the unreleased app to start with zzz or rename it as zzz-UnusedApp-1... etc. If you have unused drafts, you can reuse them for new submissions.

And another issue is such un-used app or app releases un-necessarily decrease speed of site .. for those on low speed connection it is disaster
