Usually, RIM does not grant refunds. They have a no-refund policy.
If the customer needs a refund because there was a problem with the payment system (for example, if they were somehow charged twice), you can direct them to email@example.com
Otherwise, refunds are up to you.
I usually just send my customers refunds from my PayPal account if they have a valid reason to request one.
