Issue Report system request for App World 3.1

It seems that when App World customers contact us for support, App World now includes information such as which app and OS version.

Thanks for that, it saves us having to ask most times.

However, I have a request for improvement of this system in App World 3.1 .

If it's going to go as far as telling us the platform version, network, and even what language we're reading, can it at least tell us the phone's model number?

Model number is probably more relevent then most of the data on that form...

Display language: English

Input language: English

SIM Home network: MNC=8;MCC=516

Hi silver20,

 

I picked this same observation up shortly after we launched, and have already put in a request to have it added.  It will be sent to Vendor when the next App World client is Released.

Looks like someone was well-intentioned and tried to cover everything, but forgot the obvious.
