Issues with app world


Some days ago I submitted my first app to the App world, but I'm facing some issues.

Yesterday I wanted to do an update, so I add a new release. I have received a mail from Blackberry and the say me that "Research In Motion is pleased to inform you that release '2.0' of your product has been approved. ". But users do not receive any alert telling that an update has been done in that app. How can I fix this?


In the other hand, I would like to change some information in the "Account detail" part, but it does nothing! I fill each chart, and after that tells me that * indicates required fields. But everything is fulfilled! Someone has had this type of issues?
