I can't access any user reviews (to approve/deny) since the new portal came out. I've tried on both Chrome and IE.
Any ETA on a fix for this?

I am seeing the same. I only get an empty list of reviews. This only happens for apps with a large number of reviews (more than 1.000).
I see them in Firefox
I'm having no problems with the reviews on my end. I might email dev support if I were you just to let them know.
Double checked. Works for me now on Firefox. And even faster than the old portal!
Only had tried Opera and Chrome before.
