New version is not available to download

Hi ,

The new app update has been approved (1.2.1) and available in the app world when I browse on my computer. But on the phone still showing version 1.2 . Completely uninstalled and reinstalled. Still it is not the latest 1.2.1 version.

Would someone answer for this question please. Or how can I contact Blackberry Customer Support. All the emails I sent to them has been ignored.

Can you provide me with the AppID, Device Model, Device OS you are running?

V 5.0.0.681

 

App Id -118625

The correct version should be 1.2.1

Perfect, thanks.

 

Looks like you selected the Bundle Language to be "English (en)", which means any device not running that exact language code will not see version 1.2.1 - instead they'll see 1.2.

 

I've put 1.2.1 back into Draft so you can go in, change the Bundle language to 'All Languages' and re-submit.  

 

Let me know once you re-submit; I'll verify the changes and push it back onto the store.

Excellent, pushed it through.

 

Should show up properly now in a few hours once it has cleared cache.
