How can I find out number of downloads of an application on Blackberry App Store.

go to your Vendor Portal and select the "Reports Tab" there you choose the app/s you want to check how many times it has been downloaded

End user can guess the number of downloads based on the app position in Top 100 (paid or free). However such estimate will be a wild guess anyway Smiley Happy

so finally there is no option for the end user to know about number of downloads.. right?

Yes. End user shouldn't be able to know the number of downloads, it is a private vendor data.
