OS 6 purchasing problem!

This is more for the people at RIM (who I do not know how to get a hold of).  I have many apps for sale on BB App World.  And many of them were created before OS 6 was released.  Your servers are letting people with OS 6 purchase older apps that are not compatible with OS 6.
