PETITION: Let us reply to user reviews

They've tried it both ways, denying reviews with the rating not counting, and denying reviews with the rating still counting.  We don't have to go over the pitfalls of either of those, it's not enough.  We need to be able to leave the stupid reviews shown so people know what the bad ratings were about, and then answer them.

Agreed. I had to change the description of one of my apps just to try and respond to some of the negative comments.

I agree as well. I have 2 reviews on my app stating that they only get a blank screen but I am unable to reproduce. Being able to contact these reviewers would be a huge help.
