Process for reporting copyright infringement/stolen app?

Hi,

All in the title really, can anyone tell me the process of reporting an infringing app? One of my Android apps has been uploaded to the app world by someone else.

Thanks,

Phil

The BlackBerry World FAQ has info under the last item, #14: https://developer.blackberry.com/blackberryworld/faq/

It also points you to this page: http://us.blackberry.com/legal/violations.html

This may or may not be relevant but some market app sites have the right to upload your app in their terms and conditions.  There were a few threads on it a few months ago.
