Product in "deadlock" not able to post it for sale

Hey somebody might be able to help me on this. My app tictactoekids got denied due to bad signing. After resubmission it got accepted and i got all the emails etc. telling me to post it for sale. Looking into appworld on the usuall place where the post for sale link has been before i only saw move to draft. After i waited a few days i tried this out but now i only see: Send for review. When i click this it says there is no release needing a review. Playbook starts selling tomorrow and i'd love to have it up for sale by then. I tried it via email one week ago but still got no answer so this is kinda my last resort ^^

Hi willyyr,

 

If you can give me the acutal application name I can determine the status and move it along if need-be.  "tictactoekids" is not a valid product name.

The fullname is: is TicTacToe Kids, SKU: TTTKids, ID: 21839

Hi willyyr,

 

Found it - I'm uncertain why it was stuck but it's been moved along.  You should be able to log into the Vendor Portal and post it for sale now.

I actually have the exact same problem as the willyyr. My app is stuck and I can't post it for sale.

 

The app name is IP Subnet Calculator. 

 

Can I get your help with moving it along to release?
