Purchased an app now it doesnt work!!

Hi I bought the aerize alerts but it doesnt work anymore! I missed placed my code to register so now I dont know what to do.. I have the invoice of when I purchased it does anyone know how I can fix this???

  1. Synch up your downloads in My World 
  2. All application you downloaded should appear 
  3. Click on the application and the registration code should be displayed
