Question about if I my app have been qualified for Dev Alpha Trade Up for Limited Edition Device

Hi,

 
                I would like to know if my application made for BlackBerry 10 has been approved for the Dev Alpha Trade Up. My app is called Quick Notes for BlackBerry 10. Thanks
