Question on Bberry Protect

Hello,

I've installed the Protect application, which has the following features:

- Backing ups via the web or wi-fi

- Can map your device via GPS if lost/stolen

- Can be remotely ringed if misplaced in the house.

So... I figured that to take advantage of those features, I would be able to log-in on a website, to retreive back ups, follow device on map, ringing device remotely, etc... But, once I installed the app, nothing tells me where to find these remote services on the website. I looked on the app webpage, the messages on my device once the app is installed and also did a Google search and nothing leads me to think that there is an external website that would allow me to take advantage of these features remotely.

Does this means that this functions have to be accessed via another blackberry only? Meaning that if I want to find my device via GPS, I can only use another bberry that has that application?

Thanks for the information.

Cheers.

Re: Question on Bberry Protect

Thanks JSanders,

I realize that this should have been easy to find despite my 10-15 minutes of search on the net.

(I always try to find by myslef to avoid asking silly questions, and yet...) Smiley Sad

JSanders, once again, you came to my rescue -many thanks.

Cheers.
