Recently, many change requests have been handled very quickly. Update releases have also been getting approved more quickly than last year while they were free. Not to always be complaining on the forum, this is a Thank You to App World for these improved turn-around times. It helps when issuing a feature update, to be able to change the description quickly after the release is approved, and today it took about 5 minutes.
In case updates do get bogged down again, could there be a "priority update" option that costs a vendor credit even while normal updates are free? Sometimes a problem becomes evident only after release, and a prompt fix is needed. For cases where the problem comes to light while the release is still under review (because we were able to release immediately in another store), it would also be good if we could cancel a pending release and replace it. It's not a pleasant feeling to know that a problem version is soon going to replace a working version, with no way to stop that. We do test in advance, but sometimes these things happen.
