Report Down???

i Can't enter download report . I think happen yesterday.

 

anybody have same problem??

I have run several reports yesterday and today, it works

Since yesterday morning, and again this morning, any attempt to select "Download Reports" on the Vendor Portal page results in "An error has occurred. If this problem continues, please visit BlackBerry App World Vendor Support via the link at the bottom of this page." (which I have done).

Actually it's intermittent. Failed for a while last night, then worked again, now failing again.

Possibly related to their more general network problems right now...

Report was down yestoday for me and sales also dropped yestoday.

could be the problem due to service problem.

Sales seem to have dropped off for me in the last two days, is this related in anyway to the server infrastructure problems that BB have had in the last few days?
