Signing Key Crisis

My hard drive died and it had my only copy of the signing keys I used to make apps for the port a thon. Some of my apps have been denied and I can't update them because the keys don't match. I don't know if I should be emailing Blackberry and if its possible to get an exemption? Or if all hope is lost and I'm screwed.

Anyone else have this problem?
