As requested I will ask my questions in this forum.
The App World FAQ say that it is recommended to include an EULA in an application that should be sold via the App World.
1) Which of those EULAs is more appropriate? Both of them needs to be changed a bit: Long_EULA or MIT_License (I think I have to remove the "free of charge" as the application should be sold, am I right?)
2) Where is the right place for that? Is a dialog box on the first start good for it?

1) That long_EULA is relatively well-written, but as a traditionalist I'd suggest biting the bullet and starting from scratch. Look over those EULAs, recognize the features you like and dislike about each, and then create a personalized EULA specific to your application.
2) The EULA should be the first thing the user sees -- either prior to download or immediately after installation. It's really up to you how you go about implementing it.
