I have an app with two bundles - one for OS4.6 and one for OS4.7-7.0. About month ago I decided to discontinue the support for OS4.6 and only to update the OS4.7-7.0 bundle.
Yesterday I got an email from a user complaining that she cannot upgrade to the latest app version on her Torch. Initially she had BB 8520 (OS4.6), installed the app, after that switched phones, got a Torch and reinstalled the app on the Torch. Now it seems she can only get the OS4.6 app bundle, although she has OS6.0 phone.
Has anyone seen such issue? Any ideas how to resolve it? Unfortunately delete and reinstall don't help.

i had the same issue a while back, the customer had to update her Device on the BlackBerry Appworld Page Manually from his/her pc, at least that woked
