Theme builder license?

 I want to develop a theme with "Theme Builder" and push it to AppWorld

is what we need a license Theme buiilder in case the Theme is not free (commercial theme)?

You will need to go through the APp world process to get it there, but theme building is free with Theme builder. Depending on the icons/wallpapers/media/etc you will need to license that, but i do believe that is all you need.

where can i find a license key for my theme
