Unable to get a Vendor Portal Account



i have been trying for months to get a Vendor account, but until now, it keeps saying my account is disabled.  This is very discouraging,  i have ported quite a few of my IOS/Android apps to Blackberry, but cannot upload them ?  Whats the deal ??  how can you get developer support when its so difficult just to set up an account ??

Have you seen FAQ 5a under this page (http://developer.blackberry.com/blackberryworld/faq/) regarding vendor portal account showing disabled? If that's your case, you need to provide valid documentation to BlackBerry for identity verification.
