Do you mean just last *.cod file?
Finally my last and last but one cod files are less then 64KB but some cod files are still more then 64Kb(1,3,6,5,4).
I am safe or not in that case?

I'm not 100% sure, but IMO the issue is always with the last COD file, so you should be safe now.
