Unable to setup Payment Info in Vendor Portal

hi, anyone can pls guide me how to setup my payment details in my blackberry vendor portal pls? i try to click on [Payment Info] in [Manage Account Details] in my blackberry vendor portal but unable to go into the page.... it keep staying in [Vendor Info] only...

fyi, i hv filled in all * in [Vendor Info] except State/Province: coz its grey out...

 

how to enable/change my account to allow payment/"sell products using the payment facilities of BlackBerry World"? isit i didnt enable while registering my account and its now unable to activate the features? any clue how to activate it?

I am also getting similar error....can't move ahead....Got a reply from BB to resolve but no progress as yet....
