I keep getting this error when trying to download my app from the app store.
My phone is in development mode and i have uploaded the latest release to the BB app world site.
My BB appworld user is in the sandbox user of my appworld account.
I go to BB Appworld on my Z10 -> Settings -> Development mode -> then i type in the id of the app.
It keeps saying "Unable to update customer device info".
Has anyone seen this or got any idea what is wrong? How can i fix this? Is this a blackberry bug?

I should add that before i uploaded to this version everything seemed to be working well.
I have several apps in draft mode and none of them are working. The content id of the apps are:

I am able to load those without issue using my test sandbox account, so it seems like it could be an issue with the OS or BlackBerry World version.
Have you tried rebooting?
Are you able to test loading from another device to see if it works as expected from there? Curious to see if this may be an issue with the particular device or BBID for some reason...

I dont have another device to test it on...
I have done several reboots but unfortunately it has no effect.
I think my version of the Appworld app is: 18.104.22.168
What can i do to try and solve this issue?

I am not sure if this is a related issue, but when i go to the BB world App store from my Z10, it says that an update is available for the Four Square App.
When i try and update the app i get a network error.
This started happening at exactly the same time that the "Unable to update customer device info" error started happening.
