One of our apps InstaPhoto is a universal app that supports both BlackBerry Smartphones and PlayBook: http://appworld.blackberry.com/webstore/content/45
In the past, an App World bug has stopped customers who bought and installed the app on their PlayBook from installing it on their BlackBerry Smartphones. App World would tell Smartphone users the app was "unavailable for their device". That bug seeems to have been fixed, but now we are starting to get the reverse problem, customers who buy and install the app on their Smartphone can't install it on their PlayBook. It doesn't appear in the Installed or Uninstalled section in My World on PlayBook App World, and when they go directly to their page the button that would allow Reinstall/Purchase does not appear.
Has anyone else encountered this problem? Any ideas on how to advice customers to solve it?

Very strange issue! I would recommend doing 2 things: first log the issue in Issue Tracker:
Next submit the issue to the App World team referencing the issue URL:
Someone from the App World team should be able to investigate for you.
