Vendor Portal Password Reset Not Working?



Having issues getting my password reset on the vendor portal; the emails do not seem to come, nor do they land on my spam box. Tried submitting several tickets over the past week about this on the help desk without any response.


Can anyone on the App World team help me out with this, please?
