In order to get a free PlayBook you need to submit a PlayBook app before 15 March this year.
I have read the vendor agreement and it says that you need to be over the age of majority.
My 18th birthday is in April this year.
Can I create a vendor account even if I'm almost 18?
I really want the PlayBook.

Thank you. My father has his own company (a company not related to app developing).
But if my father creates an account for me, will there be any risks for my father and/or his company?

The only thing he will need to do will be paying taxes for apps you will sell (I don't know from which country you are so I'm basing it on my country - Poland)

Income generated by the application will be reported to your countries tax bureau for the company of register (your father's company). Any draw or income you get will have to be reported as income to you by your father's company at what ever income rate your country defines. The only other issue deals with liability. Just make certain that your father's company has that protection and insurance to cover any liability issues that might deal with software sales and support.
