Vendor account status is disabled., and my account was approved

Hello,

 

I have registered, and got request to send my scaned ID. And so I did, after a while got email saying account was approved.

 

But when I try to login I get 

Vendor account status is disabled.

 

 

My id is info@kepsoftware.com
