Did the vendor portal just go live today with some broken updates?
Just tried to log in and the username/password prompts are different (previously they prompted for a BlackBerry ID single sign-on, now they prompt for a username and password).
And, when I try my usual BlackBerry ID credentials I get a vague error mesasge that "something went wrong". If I try to do a password reset with the "forgot password?" link, when I enter my email and click "send request", I get back:
To me it's looking like somebody went live with some poorly tested site changes.
Anyone else seeing this today?

Hmm. Looks like it's broken again tonight, with the same symptoms.
In Chrome and Firefox, I get the same incorrect credential challenge page I noted at the start of this thread.
In IE11, I just get a non descriptive message that says "ERROR!!"

Thanks, @BBJSdev. That fixes the non-descript error message in IE11. The other issue, seen in Chrome and Firefox, seems to be still persisting right now though (the normal BB ID based logon is displaced with a different credential challenge form).

I'm not experiencing that problem myself so can't really help, have you tried clearing the cache, certificate and form data from Chrome and see if that helps?
As long as you can now log in with IE it makes it less of a major problem right.

Sorry if I wasn't clear, but I can't log in with IE11, or any browser, at the moment. This problem cropped up earlier, when I posted the thread, and was confirmed by others. Perhaps it is regional, though.
