Could be, did you try a complete wipe of the browser?

Fortunately I'm not experiencing this problem here in the UK so can't offer much help than I already have.

I guess if I was you I might try logging in to the Portal using my phone next to see if it's constrained to my provider.

I did a complete wipe of Firefox only, and there was no change in the portal behavior.  Didn't want to wipe Chrome, since it's my daily driver and that would create other unwanted work.  

 

It's not a show stopper at the moment - I was only logging in to check daily app download trends.  But, it raises an eyebrow about reliability.

The fact that it is in every browser and only two of you have reported this problem suggests it's limited to something your end.
What that is, who knows.
