I have posted my app for sale, but the status says "Up for sale 1 open CR(s)".
What;s mean of "up for ssale 1 open CR(s)"? Have my app been sold in the blackberry world?

It means your app is for sale in blackberry world AND you have an open change request for the app. To see an overview of what the change request is you can click the "Change Request Tickets" nav bar item in Vendor Portal. To see if you have downloads you can check your download reports. You won't see downloads for the current day, but you can check them for current day by making a "scheduled report" which you can find in the download reports section.
