What the? Need some help submitting an app

I recently added a few apps to my developer account for inclusion to the app world.

I mistakenly chose the 1.0.0 for the playbook min os, instead of 2.0.0.

I Received a email saying I had to change my min os.

This tech then posted the steps to complete this....

To change the Min OS and Platform type on the release:

#1. Click on "Manage Products"
#2. Click on the "magnifying glass" icon (view) in the "Releases" column.
#3. Click on the "pencil" icon (edit) beside the release number you want edit.
#4. Click on the "Add Release Version" tab.
#5. Change Platform type from 'QNX'
#6. Select 2.0 for the Min. OS in the drop down field and click save.

The problem is... You cannot change the OS.. There is no drop down.

So like a good little developer I sent screen shots to the Tech and asked for advisement on how to change my OS.

This is what I received back

Thank you for the respond.

I apologize because I don’t have the answer. Please visit http://developer.blackberry.com/forums for technical support.

WoW,,   Not even a "ill submit a request" or anything.    Can anyone who knows, tell me how to change the Min OS on a submitted app?   Im betting Ill have to re submit a new file bundle and do it that way....

If you can't tell, Im very disappointed in the developer portal... Each time I submit and app its a new challenge...

Thanks for your help

Re: What the? Need some help submitting an app

As far as I know, you can not change device os in already approved release, on denied one or on release that is still under review. Instead, add another release.
