Re: What to do if your Package ID has been rejected by BlackBerry App World

bbexp, your Package-Author-Id is different between the two manifest files.  This means the BAR files were signed with different code signing keys and/or a BlackBerry ID token created using a different BlackBerry ID account from the original.

If the application was signed using a BlackBerry ID token or a BlackBerry Code Signing Key linked to a BlackBerry ID Token, log into the BlackBerry ID account that was used for the original BAR file, generate a BlackBerry ID Token and sign the application again.

If you used a code signing key that was not linked to a BlackBerry ID account, you will need to restore a backup of your original code signing key.  Backup and Restore BlackBerry Code Signing Keys

Re: What to do if your Package ID has been rejected by BlackBerry App World

Hi Mark,

Thanks for your response, now you put me on the right track to resolve this issue.

May app was original signed with the old SDK so last time it used "Barsigner.csk"
and now its using "bbidtoken.csk"

so I linked them as per the link below
http://developer.blackberry.com/html5/documentation/v2_1/changes_to_code_signing.html

Thanks for your help.

Thanks MSohm,

I was able to update my app with the link of Linking CSK to ID Token.

Thanks a lot for the support.
