Finally got the update from AT&T. Version 10.0.10.822 was installed, but for some apps in BBW, I am still getting the "A network error has occured while processing your request. Please ensure you have sufficient network coverage and try again."
I have pletny of WiFi and Cell and other apps update and install fine.
I know I have user's that get this error and I am getting it for "Wacky Rapids".
When can we expect this to be resolved?

I managed to get around this problem (finally), let me tell you what I did.
I went to BlackBerry World on my PC. I noticed there that my gNewsReader, unlike other paid apps that I bought had a price on it. In other words, BlackBerry World thought that I haven't purchased it yet. So I sent the purchase to my phone, I paid for it and it installed just fine.
What I think happened was that I got this app when it was free sometime in March. Now that the price went back up to the original price the system checked that I never paid for it and errored out. That's my best guess.

Several of our users have reported the "network error" message when trying to upgrade to our latest version for BlackBerry 10.
Has BlackBerry resolved the "network error" issue?
Is this issue specific to BlackBerry 10 upgrades?

Has anybody found a solution that doesn't require the user to repurchase an app when upgrading from a BB7 version?
