blackberry app world issue

I am currently experiencing problems with my application world login for curve 8520. A notice comes up to notify that a blackberry I'd update is needed, however when clicking yes the app gives an error response with a code 80003.<br>Could someone pls advise me when or how to resolve the problem? As I am experiencing this since the end of November 2011.<br>
