i don't buy a "singnature key"

I signed up information to buy "singnature key" but I do not get from RIM .Help me!

Did you check your junkmail and spam folders?

 

I found this for you to read.

 

It contains this paragraph:

Note: Typically, keys are sent via email within 48 hours of submitting the necessary forms, but occasionally the process can take up to 10 business days. If you haven’t received your keys within 10 business days of submitting the registration form, contact BlackBerry support at 1-877-255-2377.

I checked the junkmail and spam mail, but it was not there

I sent mail to "devsupport@rim.com" but I just received a mail relay auto.

i can not call to 1-877-255-2377, how can I get mail from people responsible for it!
