is BBWorld Ok?

I have noticed that the Apps categories hasn't been refreshed the whole week.

I see the Top and Gross sections unchanged.  Same apps. 

 

The New Apps category did change couple of days again.

 

Anyone having this issue? I'm in North America.  All my devices show the same.

It's been two weeks now.  The Apps Top and Gross sections has never changed.  I even refreshed BBWord and resetted the device.

Hello,

The Top Grossing isn't update frequently. Over 15 days, this list isn't change the order.

And The Top Grossing Built For BlackBerry isn't visible in main screen.
I don't understand why BlackBerry Team doesn't fix it ? Waiting longtime ago.

Same problem for me here in France.

top paid, top free... not refreshed.

Please someone at BlackBerry should fix this issue.

This is getting to be a joke.

 

My sales has gone down 50% since this problem and nobody from BlackBerry care to reply or acknowledge that there is a problem.

Hi All,

After seeing this thread, and fully understanding the frustration here, I reached out to the BlackBerry World development team to find out the details. After a long investigation, we have found an issue with our BlackBerry World servers where top paid and grossing lists were not properly generated. We immediately took action to pin down the issue and were able to find the root cause. A fix is already tested for this and should be live by Monday, 26th May. 

 

Our sincere apologies for this incident and the inconveniences it may have caused.

Thanks Shadid.  Sad to see that it took this long for someone to notice.  I have posted this problem weeks ago.

I'm surprised that no one at BlackBerry check BlackBerry World weekly to make sure it is running properly.

 

Hope sales will pickup after the fix.
