My vendor account is disabled.But I received a message from paypal as folows:
This is in reference to your PayPal payment to Research In Motion on 2013-Apr-03. Your payment has been cancelled and the fund has not been transferred to the recipient.
Your fund will be returned to its original source.
I think I sign up failed,but my email is disabled.
