Finally the reports are working again. Either RIM fixed the problem or it was just luck. I deleted the cookies in FireFox and then login again
They fixed it. Possibly people will have to clear their appworld cookies before they can do reports again but for now it's working once more. No idea what the root cause is but it sure seems to keep coming back...
I think most people that had this problem tried clearing the cookies before. I tried yestoday with 3 browsers and still have the same problem until this morning.

Certainly true about the squeaky wheel but note that Alex is not involved any more...
Never mind, if he's forwarding tweets anyway that's obviously a help... He's just not part of the App World team any more.

What's going on is the 2.0 release (and resulting issues), and the massive influx of new Android developers and their apps (and resulting issues).
