You guys generate reports every hour or what lol
I only check the reports once a month.
Of the two reports I just tried, one gave a success message, and the other crashed. Lets see if either actually show up...
Update: It says that there are 2 reports waiting to be processed but they are certainly taking their sweet time...

SAME PROBLEM all over again.
Tried to schedule the 'Purchase' and 'Download' report on 2 separate RIM Accounts - both of them say that the reports are being processed. No progress.
This is not at all helping RIM.

I run a purchase report every day, and I refuse to feel guilty about it.
On the last DevCon Alec Saunders was so proud that RIM has finally fixed the signing servers... I wonder if we have to wait for the next DevCon to hear the same statement about the reports.
Now I have 3 reports stuck in queue, just a perfect timing, right after I have changed the prices of several apps. At least the graph still works.

Still nothing for me on this. 2 weeks and NOTHING.
Oh MY I spoke to soon. It worked for me today. Wonders never cease. I suppose next someone will actually be calling me about getting new CSI files.... Not holding my breath on that one.
