Call Bell Canada and ask to have the issues escalated to BlackBerry technical support.
That way the bugs WILL get logged with BlackBerry as a known issue.
You're welcome to post them here as well. While no one official from BlackBerry may acknowledge it, it's well worth the time to make the bug public.

I'm running the latest OS level 10.0.10.85.
Whenever I FORWARD an email (specifically a Gmail account), the forwarded mail gets into UNREAD state. There's nothing I could do to get it into read state. The Hub then continually shows that I have 2 unread messages. Unless I actually delete the message, it seems to remain unread.
This occurs whether I forward through the device itself, or forward via gmail.
Additionally, I had the setting set to "Show Sent Messages".
Not sure if anyone will actually get this, but hopefully gets resolved!
