My device a Z10 STL100-3, with 10.0.9348 just recently purchased
Fails ALL upgrade method in the following way -
(1) The device itself notify me that the OS is up-to-date
(2) Links SW, download get stuck after ~15M, for the one time I could download it, without failing - running the application on XP gets you the message "The app is not a valid win32 app"
(3) The web update, fails to recognize the USB connection on XP or on Win7
Any ideas ?

Software update availability is determined by your Mobile service provider. If you go to Settings> Software updates> Check for Updates, does it indicate any software updates are available?
