10.2.1.537 update

[ Edited ]

Downloaded via Link, bombed out twice now at 68 and 66% during installation.

Think I should try OTA ?

Got it installed, altogether it took 3.5 hours, now when I call any number in my contact list, my ex wife answers the phone

Yes OTA should be fine to attempt.

Or, you can connect your device with your wifi to proceed. It is recommended to use wifi to update the OS.

Re: 10.2.1.537 update

Did it via home wifi, my phone's data package is only 250mb per month, file size is 311mb.

Re: 10.2.1.537 update

Glad it worked, yes of course you should have a decent connection and a suitably large data limit before doing it OTA. Smiley Happy

Re: 10.2.1.537 update

Thanks for the tip.... unfortunately after sitting around for 30 minutes it "unexpected error" message came up. Trying it one more time... but beginning to wonder if it has to do with the problems I was already having... I posted it here earlier http://supportforums.blackberry.com/t5/BlackBerry-Z10/Z10-is-slowing-down-more-each-day-need-help/td... Any help would be appreciated

It may be your network connection, try the sachesi route either directly or with the upload on Mega...

http://forums.crackberry.com/bb10-leaked-beta-os-f395/sachesi-firmware-extractor-searcher-installer-...

This allows you to download a full official version at your own leisure and then do an update without a re-install.
