Activesync and Exchange 2003

I'm having a problem with a new BB-Z10 and using Activesync connecting to a SBS2003 (exchange 2003).

The phone will connect properly through activesync and download all of the emails and contacts and calendars but from anywhere between 10min to 1 hour we get the following error message in the event logs


Unexpected Exchange mailbox Server error:

HTTP status code: [500]. Verify that the Exchange mailbox Server is working correctly.


Then the phone will disconnect all together and won't sync anymore with the exchange server unless we remove the account and re-add it but the problem just comes back.


We have multiple Iphones and Android devices using activesync all without issues.


Anyone else experiecing this?
