1 cannot add another email account which is an account from my service provider. I have access to this email on another blackberry and can add a delete and re-add on my other blackberry bold but not on my new Z10.

Just to add to that article, a good work around is to use Hotmail or any of the other major public email providers. From the main ISP account have it set up to forward the emails to the public email service you are using, or have this service POP the email in to it.
You can then set the phone up to work with that pulic email service. In that account, you can set it up so your replies come from the authorized address of your choice.
